7.346 Recycling Containers.

Every person establishing, maintaining or operating a rental containing four or more units shall provide a location for the placement of recycling containers, complying with the applicable requirements of the Springfield Development Code. [Section 7.346 added by Ordinance 6070, enacted December 1, 2003; amended by Ordinance No. 6269, enacted July 5, 2011.]
